1lb. crude medium stripped shrimp
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cut mushrooms
4 scallions, managed and cleaved
2 tbsp Garlic, minced

1 cup cold vegetable stock (see formula above), blended in with 2tbsps, cornstarch
1 bundle of natural millet
Guidelines
Into a hot wok or sauté skillet pour oil until simply smoking Add vegetables and mix continually to cook still somewhat firm Add shrimp and keep on blending until becoming pink Add stock and cover for several minutes until shrimp is nearly done Uncover and add cornstarch combination, mix until thickened and switch off heat Serve over millet cooked by bundle directions Season to taste with tamari light soy sauce Note: This dish should be done rapidly, as you would rather not over cook the shrimp or the vegetables. I have picked Millet since it is an incredibly soluble grain. It is impartial in taste and will assimilate the kinds of this dish. You might substitute earthy colored rice all things considered.
